What immediately sets this restaurant apart is the rare and incredible delicacy: Cag Kebap. It’s a dish you simply cannot find easily anywhere else in America, and they execute it perfectly. Their doner is superb, but the Cag Kebap is a total game-changer. The food quality here is exceptional; frankly, the flavors are so rich and authentic, they surpass many establishments even in Turkey itself! Amazing Turkish restaurant! The food was delicious, the service was great, and the desserts were outstanding. I loved the tea and coffee, and the atmosphere was very cozy and welcoming. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Prime Doner truly offers a one of a kind experience in the USA. The doner kebab is outstanding perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and made with high-quality meat that tastes just like authentic Turkish doner. The cag kebab and Adana kebab were equally impressive, with the perfect balance of spices and tenderness. To finish, the kazandibi and rice pudding were absolutely delicious, light, and perfectly textured. Clean place, fast service, and very friendly staff. It’s extremely rare to find this level of Turkish food in America. Highly recommended!

Döner, İskender, cağ, and kazandibi were all absolutely delicious. The döner and kazandibi, in particular, were truly top-notch — especially impressive for us as visitors coming from London. We enjoyed it so much that we returned the very next day. Our waiter, Kerem, was wonderful: attentive, genuinely interested, incredibly welcoming, and a true gentleman. He made us feel completely at home. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back on our next visit, even if it’s from miles away! ⭐️🌟✨💫

I had a great experience at Prime Doner. The food tasted very authentic and the döner meat was juicy and well-seasoned. Everything was fresh and the portions were good. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. The Kazandibi dessert was also amazing and the perfect way to finish the meal. Definitely one of the best spots for Turkish food in the area. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing dinner experience at Prime Restaurant. The Çağ kebab was incredibly delicious — the meat was very tender, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The chicken wings were also excellent: crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and well-seasoned. For dessert, we had the syrupy kadayif and kazandibi, and both were outstanding. The kadayif was perfectly sweet without being overwhelming, and the kazandibi was light, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was very comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Turkish cuisine. We will definitely be coming back.

We had both the döner and the cağ kebab at Prime Döner, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were authentic and reminded us of the taste in Turkey. The restaurant was very clean and well organized, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s not easy to find this level of quality and authenticity. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

First time at this restaurant, and was not disappointed, yes it was Valentines day, and it was packed, service was slow because of all the people,but they were extremely nice and attentive, the food is really out of this world delicious, to start out the wife and I had the Atom, a spicy yogurt spread with yummy bread. They also brought out some type of cabbage salad with slightly sweet sauce very good, and a side of tomato spread that was equally good. Then we had our main dishes, the wife did not want to risk gamey lamb, so she opted for a beef dish with yogurt, it was good and tasty, but I went ahead and bravely ordered the house specialty lamb dish, I have had lamb at other places and have been disappointed, but Not here, the Lamb kebab were super tasty and delicious, to be honest I was shocked and even asked our waiter, if the meat was lamb he said yes, that they go through a 3 day seasoning and marinating process, the lamb is very delicious, I am a fan of this place. Finally the wife had Turkish tea and I had Turkish coffee, strong and delicious, along with a yummy Baklava. The night was perfect at Prime Doner.

One of the best Turkish restaurants in the US. The food tastes very original and full of flavor. You can tell they make authentic Turkish and Mediterranean dishes. The döner is delicious and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Prime Doner is an authentic Turkish restaurant that opened in mid-2025 in Plano. Lucky Plano! We sampled a number of appetizers, mains, and desserts. We loved the Kibbeh, Boreg (feta rolls), and falafel with hummus. The Atom (yogurt dip with hot Turkish peppers) was good but very hot (great for those who like it hot). For our main course, we thoroughly enjoyed the Cag Kebab (marinated lamb), beef Doner, Lahmacun (aka Turkish pizza), and lamb chops. We highly recommend the rice pudding, Turkish milk custard, and Kadayif for dessert. The breads are fresh and wonderful. Everything goes so well with little cups of Turkish tea. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the staff are a delight. We highly recommend a visit. Check out the website for the full menu.
